We are a group of friends and acquaintances -- a merry band of pranksters indeed -- who have been arguing about politics on-and-off, then really on, then a little off... since 1998. On email. But that meant literally thousands of emails a year. That was too many. So here's the blog dedicated to carrying on that spirit of political and pop culture argument and dialogue. You might think of us as "schmoliticians", because while we take politics seriously, we try not to take ourselves quite so.

hey, i thought what happens in vegas, stays in vegas.
i think it's kinda funny how all of the other law enforcement folks from pretty much every county/jurisdiction in the metro dc area said they don't practice/condone/find a need for such tactics. winters must get pretty cold and lonely down there in spotsylvania county.
Heh, heh, can't see how the $350 tip had much to do with law enforcement either. That implies that they went to the place, had a "session", gave she/them a tip, and then LEFT WITHOUT ARRESTING ANYONE! How do you explain that?
No doubt the offered explanation was that they needed "hard" evidence on ALL the girls, and the cop couldn't get it all at once. I'm mean, come on, he's not 18 anymore! Guess he'll just have to keep going back, over and over again, until he's got the goods on everyone to ever work there. Its a dirty job...
I wonder if this means these cops can deduct Viagra from their income taxes as a "workplace expense."
